Dyed my own hair. Went in for a correction. The stylist had no idea what she was doing. I bought in the Loreal box however the back was missing. She picked up her phone..she could of looked it up. My hair became extremely damaged. She spent over 2 hours to make it feel a little normal. She could of contacted the owner or asked a coworker if she wasn't sure. Actually a coworker walked in and told her what went wrong. How come this stylist didn't know? Also, one side of my hair is layered and the other side isnt. Did she not see this?...I contacted the owner and not even an apology. Very unprofessional salon.
Best salon ever! I personally see Ali and she is amazing!! She also has a wonderful staff to help you with any of your hair needs!
Everyone there is very friendly. I love my new hair style. I would highly recommend this hair salon.
