The mechanic was nice but the owner was so rude and he was being fresh. They failed to do the job twice. Finally the owner/boss was about to add money before we stopped him NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!
A great bike shop. Great brands and products. Most of all, a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Bought three bikes there, wouldn't go anywhere else.
The manager Adam is as good as a bike technician can be. Nice to customers and efficient. The Owner has extensive knowledge of everything bike related from off road, road bikes, locations to ride, races, group rides.
Very good service. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The prices aren't cheap but I'm not sure if there are better options anywhere else. Considering the nature of the purchases I will make here it is worth it to have the expert guidance
The salespeople in the shop are very honest, help you with the purchase and fit of the bike. I asked for a bike that will inspire a me to work out. the owner Greg showed me the Specialized Sirrus Sport Disc. This bike is light and comfortable to ride, and loaded with high quality components. The rapid fire shifters are quick and smooth. The lower gears make steep inclines a breeze. The disc brakes are amazing! you know that you are able to stop in an emergency. I think I was most impressed by the build quality and attention to detail. The bike is a work of art to look at and a dream to ride.
